Perform the exercises every minute on the minute. EMOMs generally go for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. Choose the timeframe that works best for you (or just start with 15 minutes).
- Climbing Push Up & Squat EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute); Start with 3 push ups and 3 squats in minute one; then increase each exercise by 1 every minute
- EMOM: 5 pushups, 5 squats, & 5 butterfly situps (mod: 3, 3, 3)
- EMOM: 10 mountain climbers & 10 pulse squats
- EMOM: 5 pushups & 10 jumping jacks
- EMOM: 10 plank shoulder taps & 5 plyo squats (or pulse squats)
- EMOM: 5 burpees (mod: 3)
- EMOM: 8 pulse squats & 5 pushups
- EMOM: 10 grapplers & 10 mountain climbers
- EMOM: 10 in-place bear crawls & 8 pulse squats
- EMOM: 10 in-place bear crawls & 15 jumping jacks
