You’ll notice this guide is different from most fitness programs. It isn’t a 60-day exercise program for shredded this or sculpted that. It isn’t a special system or secret hack. There is nothing here that promises anything is going to be “quick” or “easy.” And it isn’t trying to make money off you.
The purpose here is to create a true roadmap to health and fitness, one that takes an honest look not only at exercises to do, but also at the obstacles — both internal and external — that sabotage us and make getting fit so very difficult.
This journey might seem weird at times. You’ll find I put a lot of priority on knowledge, on philosophy, psychology, and mindset. That’s because what is happening in your mind often has a lot more to do with your fitness success than what you’re doing with your body.
